You will utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source a diverse pool of qualified candidates, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our clients effectively. In this role, you will manage caregivers and field staff while they are on assignment, ensuring that they have the support they need to succeed. Building and maintaining relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources will be essential to your success. You will also be expected to cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain valuable insights, referrals, and business development leads. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Manage caregivers and field staff while on assignment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and business development leads.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration or Licensed RN.
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism.
