Responsibilities
- Source/Recruit qualified candidates through all available tools and platforms.
- Help candidates find the right job, facility, and location for them.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Represent OneStaff Medical's high standards to all partners and potential travelers.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience in sales, account management, service industry, or a similar relationship-building role.
- A positive personality with a strong work ethic and daily hustle.
- Super-human PC skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while thriving independently.
- Motivated, self-starter with an energetic and positive attitude.
