About the position

The Healthcare Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in the HR team by managing the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with a solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining employee records, resolving HR-related queries, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the onboarding phase or process.
  • Scheduling, managing, and facilitating new hire training needs.
  • Walking through and assisting applicants throughout the onboarding process.
  • Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement.
  • Managing employees' salary appraisals.
  • Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.
  • Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.
  • Resolving employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
  • Creating periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, and professional development.
  • Producing internal company documents and communication materials for employees.
  • Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.

Requirements

  • A degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing HR strategies and policies.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ethical approach with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Bamboo is preferred but not required.
