The Regional Director, Outreach & Marketing for PACE position is responsible for meeting or exceeding membership enrollment goals and retaining current participants in PACE, in our approved geographic service areas. This Director will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, initiatives, and budgets designed to meet or exceed enrollment goals and increase market penetration in new service areas. The Director works closely with PACE Senior Leaders, Center Program Directors, and Center Managers in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and retention practices for the programs. The Director will ensure that the marketing outreach and business development campaigns are executed with excellence, and measure quantitatively and qualitatively to determine success and future applications. The Director will establish and maintain strategic community partnerships to drive brand awareness and enrollment growth. Optimize CRM to gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns, enrollments, dis-enrollments, etc. to better decision-making, improve performance and increase growth. Discover new trends and patterns and identify opportunities to optimize business operations and improve customer experience. Monitor competitors in our industry to make informed strategic decisions. Ensure quality and compliance with the enrollment process and provide resolutions as needed. Work with cross-functional operational leaders to ensure Participants are enrolled in a timely and efficient manner. Support safe membership growth, customer experience, and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with State and Federal PACE Regulations and be responsible for developing Correction Action Plans (CAP) for audit purposes. Develop and sustain employee engagement by fostering high-quality two-way communication, employee wellness, and employee recognition. The Director is responsible to ensure compliance with CMS regulation and CMS Marketing Guidelines, as well as DHCS regulations related to marketing practices.
