About the position

The Healthcare Sales Representative at Nao Medical is responsible for driving business growth within the Occupational Health Department by developing and executing strategic sales plans. This role involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The representative will act as the face of the brand, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while expanding the client base through targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the brand, representing the company in all client interactions and at industry events.
  • Oversee and manage all client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct door-to-door business solicitation to expand the client base and drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, including identifying target markets and planning efficient sales routes.
  • Proper documentation, contract management, provider follow-up, and daily monitoring.
  • Analyze market trends, understand business needs, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of billing and contract management, with the ability to assist in financial processes and resolve billing issues.
  • Experience in creating and presenting training materials, as well as managing staff training programs.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and writing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and grants.

  • Proven sales techniques and strategies specific to the healthcare sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
