The Healthcare Staffing Recruiter at Express Healthcare Staffing is responsible for connecting top healthcare clinicians with healthcare facilities. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls to meet performance metrics.
• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative strategies.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
• Perform sales calls to obtain new clients and job opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly placement goals and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and roles is a plus.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
