As a Strategy & Operations Director, you will hold an influential role in leading and growing our practice in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Strategy and Operations practice in a collaborative environment.
  • Drive operational process improvement across multiple teams.
  • Focus on business development and forge strong client relationships.
  • Develop other leaders within the team and enhance internal programs and methodologies.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide customized solutions as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor teammates and guide practice development and growth.

Requirements

  • Earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare consulting, particularly in developing strategies to solve complex operational problems.
  • Proven track record in business development and generating new client relationships.
  • Ability to balance and manage project outcomes effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare performance improvement consulting.
