About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to employee orientation, and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, checking references, and extending job offers.
  • Cultivate sources for new behavioral health therapist graduates.
  • Attend job fairs as necessary.
  • Use multiple job boards as necessary.
  • Describe the company to potential employees and explain why NovumHealth is an appealing place to work.
  • Articulate the benefits, culture, and job duties to candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and guiding the candidate through the onboarding process until handed off to the HR Generalist.
  • Be the main driver of the company ATS and be aware and knowledgeable of the HRIS.
  • Be cross trained in HR Generalist duties including, full onboarding, offboarding, benefits, training and education, HR Policies and procedures, as well as other HR Generalist duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in HealthCare recruiting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer someone with some college in the HR field or an HR certificate.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make presentations.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media including LinkedIn.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal employment laws, especially Title VII, FLSA, and state hiring laws in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.
