CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric marketing leader to drive the B2B and B2C marketing strategy for the Payor Solutions portfolio. This portfolio is a growing and core component of the Care Delivery strategy, which includes solutions for population health, rare and complex conditions, cardio-metabolic health management, and Quality measures. As the Lead Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and delivering integrated campaigns across various audiences, aligning with the growth objectives of the business. Your role will involve creating a best-in-class buying experience for clients and a personalized member experience to drive enrollment and continued engagement. In this position, you will work cross-functionally to build and execute strategies and integrated campaigns based on market research, insights, and best practices that incorporate multiple channels with measurable results. You will also lead a team of 2-3 direct reports, building the marketing roadmap and prioritizing input to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-quality, high-value strategies and campaigns. This role requires balancing short-term needs with long-term vision and navigating a highly matrixed organization to develop marketing strategies that deliver results. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at one of our hub locations, which include Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley or Boston, MA; NYC Soho; Hartford, CT; and Chicago, IL.
