About the position

The Heart and Lung Clinic Program Coordinator at Logan Health is responsible for the operational support and coordination of designated healthcare programs. This role involves overseeing program services to meet the needs of the population served while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies. The coordinator will provide administrative support to leadership, manage program materials, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operational support and coordination of designated healthcare programs.
  • Oversee and complete program services to meet the needs of the population served.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and processing invoices.
  • Create program materials and establish staffing requirements to achieve program objectives.
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain records related to program activities.
  • Coordinate and maintain partnerships relevant to the program.
  • Monitor and update information on designated webpages in collaboration with leadership and marketing.
  • Conduct program analysis, data collection, and present process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist leadership with operating budgets and monthly P&L analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare environment with complex administrative support tasks.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, including database and reporting software.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a professional print shop setting and able to design forms using publishing software.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and guidelines related to healthcare programs.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) applications.
