About the position

The Hearth & Hot Tub Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the efficient processing of sales orders and service requests. This position involves direct interaction with customers, sales personnel, and technicians, while also supporting management with sales reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of service and delivery appointments and maintaining the calendar
  • Verification of daily sales activity
  • Processing completed service appointments
  • Communicating with customers, including sending thank you emails and service-related communications
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors for new installations
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for new pick-ups and deliveries
  • Processing payments due on sales orders and service appointments
  • Providing store support through the production of forms and sales folders
  • Assisting all management levels
  • Answering phone calls and emails to assist customers with Hearth and Hot Tub inquiries
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Must have valid transportation
