About the position

The Heat Treater Helper is responsible for assisting in the heat treat process of screws after they are manufactured. This role involves transferring screws to the heat treat building, placing bolts in metal racks, and ensuring proper coating during the heat treat furnace process. The position requires standing for extended periods and working in a state-of-the-art facility alongside Heat Treat operators.

Responsibilities

• Transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building.
• Place 12-18 inch long bolts individually within metal racks.
• Ensure proper placement for effective coating in the heat treat furnace.
• Stand on feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
