A busy heating and cooling company in Southeast Michigan/Toledo is looking for experienced Warehouse & Customer Service Associates, as well as a Marketing Manager. The roles are full-time with a family-friendly schedule and offer good starting pay based on experience, along with potential for overtime and advancement after a direct hire period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Provide customer service support at the counter and via phone.
• Handle marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Recent heating & cooling or related industry background experience strongly preferred for all positions.
• Valid driver's license and HI-LO experience for the Warehouse position.
• Computer and counter help experience for the Customer Service position.
• Stable job/attendance history.
• Ability to pass drug testing & criminal background check.
