BEJAC Corporation is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanics to provide field service for heavy construction equipment. This role is essential for maintaining and servicing equipment at customer job sites, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Service customer equipment in shop or at customer's jobsite
• Complete jobs at or under manufacturer's published flat rate repair times
• Plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Work under pressure independently and as a team player

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment
• Equipment dealership background ideal
• Must be able to lift 75# unassisted
• Welding experience
• Hydraulic & electrical experience
• Mid-level diagnostic ability
• Ability to do repairs such as welding, R & R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions
• Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears
• Engine certifications a plus
• Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
• Possess a clean driver's license, recent K4 printout required
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
