We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team at Westscott Homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various types of heavy machinery. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, concrete mixers, dump trucks, water trucks, and caterpillar machinery.
• Perform digging and building tasks as required by project specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and maintain workflow on site.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks associated with heavy machinery operation.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as necessary.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience in commercial driving and operating various types of heavy machinery.
• Proficient in loader operation, including front loaders and dump trucks.
• Familiarity with concrete mixing processes and equipment.
