About the position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery in a construction or agricultural setting. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, front loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, and tankers on construction sites or agricultural fields.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Execute backhoe operations for excavation and material handling tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to build and maintain construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment to minimize risks and hazards on-site.
• Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly bulldozers, dump trucks, water trucks, and front loaders.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver's license required.
