Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty wheeled and tracked off-highway equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and fill up fuel, oil, coolant, and hydraulic systems.
• Load and unload equipment, materials, supplies, and customers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and make decisions to prevent accidents.
• Monitor gauges and dials to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Execute required procedures for preventative maintenance.
• Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisors and fill out performance records.
• Read and follow operating manuals and comply with company safety procedures.
• Provide support to team members and assist in basic testing of equipment.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge (1 year preferred).
• Experience in diesel engine repair (1 year preferred).
• Respect for safety protocols.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
