About the position

The Heavy Equipment Shop Technician at Pape Machinery is responsible for diagnosing and repairing construction and forestry equipment in a shop environment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment.
• Ensure equipment repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with other trained Technicians in the shop.
• Utilize provided resources and support to perform high-quality work on equipment.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Completion of a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.
