Responsibilities

• Repair diesel equipment, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components.
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Responsible for all maintenance of the fleet.
• Work in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a heavy equipment technician or diesel technician.
• Knowledge of shop equipment.
• Experience working on heavy construction equipment preferred.
• DOT Certified preferred.
• Tech School Degree preferred.
• Diesel engine repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cummins and/or Freightliner.
