About the position

The Helios Application Analyst role involves delivering support for application and release management functions, focusing on application hygiene control, vulnerability assessments, and compliance coordination. The position requires collaboration with various internal units to ensure platform capacity management and resiliency planning, along with process automation for release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support for application and release management functions.
• Conduct application hygiene control and remediation.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, monitoring, and mitigations.
• Manage certificates, functional IDs, load-balancers, and other application artifacts.
• Scale and manage platform capacity.
• Coordinate with compliance, TISO, BISO, and infrastructure units within the firm.
• Plan for resiliency and manage events.
• Automate processes for release pipeline reporting.
• Develop telemetry tools and conduct other assessments.

Requirements

• Experience in application and release management functions.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and remediation techniques.
• Familiarity with application artifact management including certificates and load-balancers.
• Ability to coordinate with compliance and infrastructure teams.
• Experience in process automation for release pipelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid MTA certification.
• Experience in application development.
