About the position

The Help Desk Analyst I position at Robert Half is a contract role focused on providing technical support to students and teachers in a school environment. The analyst will assist in improving technology usage and manage various tech-related issues, ensuring smooth operations of technology systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to both students and teachers, ensuring smooth technology operations
  • Guide and assist teachers in enhancing their utilization of technology in teaching practices
  • Handle tech support issues related to Chrome Books and Google Suite
  • Manage assets effectively, maintaining an accurate record of all tech equipment
  • Utilize Android Development, Cisco, and Citrix Technologies to solve technical issues
  • Ensure the functionality of Mac Computers and Microsoft systems in the school environment
  • Manage Active Directory and Apple Devices, ensuring optimal performance
  • Handle computer hardware issues, ensuring all devices are operational
  • Oversee configuration management, ensuring system stability
  • Manage deployments of new systems or updates to existing systems.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position, no prior experience required
  • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
  • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
  • Comfortable with Mac Computers
  • Experienced in using Microsoft software and tools
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Able to handle Apple Devices
