About the position

The Help Desk Analyst position is a short-term contract role based in Holland, Ohio, focused on providing support for end-of-year inventory needs. The analyst will work closely with the existing help desk team to assist customers by responding to support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to service desk tickets and support requests from customers
  • Utilize knowledge of Mac computers, Microsoft products, and Active Directory to resolve client issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems on Apple devices and other computer hardware
  • Engage in the configuration management process to ensure optimal operation of client systems
  • Oversee deployments of hardware and software for smooth client operations
  • Employ basic troubleshooting techniques to quickly resolve customer issues
  • Handle hardware troubleshooting tasks to maintain system performance
  • Track all support tickets in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping and timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar
  • Proficient in the use of Mac Computers and Apple Devices
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products and services
  • Familiar with Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
  • Experience in Configuration Management
  • Skilled in Deployments of software and hardware
  • Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Experience with Service Desk Tickets, Support Tickets, and Ticketing Systems
