About the position

The Help Desk Analyst position is a short-term contract role focused on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for year-end inventory processes. The analyst will be responsible for responding to support tickets, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service while working with various technologies including Microsoft products, Active Directory, and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues
  • Respond promptly and effectively to support tickets
  • Support the help desk team with year-end project
  • Utilize ticketing system for tracking customer issues
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Work with Microsoft, Active Directory, and Mac computers
  • Handle Apple devices and computer hardware
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting
  • Manage configuration and deployments
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of service desk tickets and support tickets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using Mac Computers
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Apple Devices
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot Computer Hardware
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management
  • Experience in Deployments
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Proficiency in managing Service Desk Tickets
  • Ability to handle and resolve Support Tickets effectively
  • Familiarity with Ticketing System
