About The Position

Our true differentiator in the market is exceptional customer service. Our help desk team is at the core of this promise. This is not a "customer service" CSR role in the traditional sense. The Help Desk Coordinator will work closely with our Account Management, Territory Managers, & Digital Support Group (DSG) to help maintain positive and consistent contact with our customers.
