About the position

The Help Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users, focusing on a Windows 11 end-user desktop computing environment and Microsoft 365 products. This role requires strong customer support skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring information security and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 products including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Intune, and Azure.
• Assist remote access/VPN users with connectivity issues.
• Support mobile device management and troubleshooting.
• Manage print services and peripheral computing environments.
• Utilize Cherwell service management application or similar ticketing tools for issue tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows 11 end-user desktop computing environment.
• Experience supporting remote access/VPN users.
• Understanding of peripheral computing environments and print management.
• Strong customer support skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Cherwell service management application or comparable ticketing tools.
• General understanding of networking, VMWare, and ITIL Framework preferred.
• Prior experience with an IT Service Desk or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with mobile devices.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
