Responsibilities

  • Configure company IT devices for end-users.
  • Manage level I Helpdesk activities.
  • Assist users with hardware and software issues on-site or remotely.
  • Troubleshoot difficulties encountered by users.
  • Maintain assets and workplace equipment.
  • Install and maintain operating systems, software, and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office).
  • Monitor and manage Helpdesk tickets to ensure fast replies and efficient solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in similar positions.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise networks (VLAN, Switch, Cisco).
