About the position

The Help Desk Support Specialist 1 position is an entry-level role within the Georgia Department of Corrections, primarily focused on providing technical assistance and support to computer system users at the Metro Reentry Facility. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Vocational or Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology, or a closely related area from an accredited college.
