The Help Desk System Administrator at BAE Systems plays a crucial role in supporting the Information Services team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems in a help desk environment
  • Work with internal and external users to support customer user-level requirements
  • Resolve end-user support requests and research advanced technologies
  • Resolve access requests for user accounts and perform desktop support functions
  • Use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and system documentation for users
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
