Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers on design, product management, and systems architecture.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support for Avaya telephone systems and security infrastructure.
  • Share ideas and evolve them based on feedback in an agile environment.
  • Evolve the telephony platform and its operations using solid engineering practices.
  • Work closely with team members to develop self-service capabilities and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
  • Experience troubleshooting wired and IP camera systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
