Responsibilities
Completely crush and soften penny loafers as per client specifications.
Remove arch support from the shoes.
Utilize various methods to soften leather, including bending, twisting, and running over the shoes.
Communicate with the client regarding the process and any questions they may have.
Requirements
Must be over 21 years of age.
Experience in shoe customization or leather work is preferred.
