About the position
Sev1Tech is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist/Computer Operator to join our team and support the Navy in Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) software engineering, systems engineering, enterprise cybersecurity implementations and operations, advanced technology, and project management services.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations and helpdesk to include practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience providing technical and direct support as IT Helpdesk Tier-II/III specialist.
- Active US Secret level clearance.
- Capable of typing at a rate of 40 words per minute.
