About the position

The Helpdesk Support Technician provides day-to-day remote support to end users within the organization, focusing on laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, and applications. This role involves direct interaction with internal customers and various departments to troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to desktop and mobile devices. The technician will be part of a team supporting nearly their end users, ensuring efficient technical support and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to end users for laptops, desktops, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications.
  • Support internal mobile devices including iPhones, Androids, iPads, and tablets.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
  • Interface directly with internal customers to communicate technical information effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
