Hematology-Oncology Physician

About the position

Wellmont Medical Associates, Inc. is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with blood disorders and cancers. The physician will be responsible for examining, evaluating, diagnosing, and overseeing treatment plans in a medical facility located in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients presenting with diseases and disorders of the blood and cancers.
• Diagnose medical conditions related to hematology and oncology.
• Oversee treatment plans for patients with blood disorders and cancers.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• M.D., D.O. or foreign medical degree equivalent.
• Completion of a 3-year fellowship in Hematology and Oncology.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Hematology and Oncology.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee.
