About the position
The Hemp CBD Cannabis Retail Sales Cashier at The Green Room Hemp Dispensary is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment focused on hemp products. This part-time position emphasizes teamwork and relationship-building with customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while handling transactions and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service to all customers.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about hemp products.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Customer service experience preferred, ideally 2 years.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a smoke shop, hemp, or CBD store is a plus.
- Knowledge of hemp products and their benefits.
