As a Luxury Sales Representative at Hendrick BMW of Kansas City, you will be responsible for selling new or used vehicles while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires you to meet dealership sales goals and engage with customers to determine their vehicle preferences. You will explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations both in the showroom and during test drives. Additionally, you will suggest optional equipment for customers to consider purchasing, compute and quote sales prices, and complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales, including sales slips and contracts. Your responsibilities will also include arranging for the delivery and registration of vehicles, researching the availability of models and optional equipment, and engaging in business development activities. Addressing customer concerns and maintaining a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards is crucial. You will be expected to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area, participate in required training, and accurately record all hours worked in the company timekeeping system. Following company policies and safety regulations is essential in this role.
