The HEOR Researcher position at Tufts Medical Center is a full-time role focused on research and development related to new products, innovation, and the improvement of existing products and processes. This position is integral to the research programs and projects, supporting the development of new products and innovation, particularly in clinical roles that are centered around research projects. The role involves performing basic, translational, and clinical research aimed at solving specific problems for entities or communities. As a professional individual contributor, the HEOR Researcher may direct the work of lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs, spending the majority of their time overseeing the design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. The HEOR Researcher assists in supporting research activities under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, Project Director, or other designated supervisors, functioning as part of the core staff of the program and performing routine programmatic functions or research procedures with proper documentation to support those activities. The role demands independence and collaboration with co-workers in designing and performing research program activities to achieve the research objectives set by the Principal Investigator. The HEOR Researcher is expected to develop and optimize project methods and protocols, interpret experimental data, present research summaries, and maintain organized research records and databases.
