The Business Operations Senior Manager at Heroku is responsible for driving innovation and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee business operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness
• Orchestrate and oversee strategic initiatives that contribute to growth and success
• Manage projects for go-to-market strategies including pricing & packaging and operationalizing professional services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategy and operations experience, with previous consulting/advisory experience being a plus
• Experience in pricing strategy, analysis, and optimization, with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in successful growth implementations, from development to launch, including revenue-producing programs and go-to-market strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements in an agile environment
• History of delivering successful programs that result in measurable business value
• Significant understanding of the Salesforce platform to influence strategic discussions
• Pragmatic problem solver with a bias to action and a passion for driving business outcomes
