About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing crypto quant trading strategies
• Prior High Frequency Trading (HFT) "Quantitative" experience managing a 7+ figure AuM portfolio
• Documented track record with a 5+ Sharpe ratio
• Familiarity with multiple Crypto Exchanges across Ethereum (ETH) and other EVM chains
• Hands-on programming experience with Python (Java, Rust or C++ as a plus)

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement short-term quantitative crypto strategies utilizing PYTHON
• Ensure thorough project quality and security
• Collaborate with a larger team while managing your book independently, with resources available for research and development.
