The organization is seeking dedicated caregivers in the Saginaw County area to assist clients with high-quality care. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and possess at least one year of experience as a direct care worker (DCW), certified nursing assistant (CNA), or home health aide (HHA). Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with starting wages of $13.35 per hour for Home Health Aides and $14.35 per hour for Certified Nursing Assistants. Additionally, applicants must provide proof of relevant certifications, including CPR, First Aid, and TB skin test, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
