The Caf-- Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the caf--, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. The Caf-- Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience and managing various operational aspects, including staff management and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily caf-- operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the caf--.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and uphold company standards.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food management and timely service.
- Plan and coordinate special events or banquets as needed to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
- Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with quick-service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
