High- End Fashion Retail sales associate

About the position

We are seeking skilled and professional Sales Associates with experience in high-end fashion retail to join our team at one of Virginia's finest ladies' boutiques. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a polished appearance, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to their questions.
• Improve customer engagement with merchandise while providing outstanding service.
• Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions, including refunds.
• Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
• Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience required.
• Experience in high-end fashion or upscale retail is a must.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• A client following is highly recommended.
• Experience in fine jewelry or high-end furniture sales is a plus.
