And here's the kicker: no experience required. We'll train you from the ground up. In this role, you'll dive deep into our 3 P's—Price, Product, and Promotions. You'll learn our business inside and out, mastering the basics and setting yourself up for unlimited growth. Everyone in management? They all started here. We promote from within because we believe in growing leaders, not followers. Here's who we want: Self-motivated —more boss than weak sauce. Outgoing and fun —bring your A-game energy. Killer communication skills —can you connect, influence, and lead? What you'll do: Knock doors, make connections, and build relationships. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, and make it easy for them to say "yes." Lead clients through the decision-making process like a pro. Negotiate, close deals, and secure your own success. Build a referral network that keeps on giving. No sales experience? No problem. If you've got the drive and are ready to learn, we've got the system to turn you into a top performer. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, but it's not required.
