About the position

The High Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant position at Dimmitt Automotive Group involves engaging with high-end clientele to facilitate the sales process of luxury vehicles. The role requires a strong understanding of the luxury automotive market and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes each guest to our showroom in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
  • Develops and maintains a strong product knowledge of our brands and other ultra-luxury vehicles
  • Stays informed of current vehicle inventory, prices, and location
  • Tracks changing vehicle market conditions, values, activities, and incentives
  • Completes sales process from start to finish, including gathering trade appraisal information, conducting road tests, overcoming objections, preparing delivery paperwork, and following up
  • Utilizes the CRM and develops a plan to accomplish daily, monthly, annual objectives
  • Participates in the events which we may sponsor or host, both at the showroom and off-site
  • Represents the Dimmitt brand and its core values and standards of excellence

Requirements

  • Must meet Dimmitt hiring standards and have a valid Florida driver's license
  • 2 years of experience in new automotive sales with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
  • High luxury sales experience strongly preferred
  • Sound decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Comfortable approaching/selling high-net-worth clientele
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
