About the position

The High Net Worth Client Manager at Vanguard is a leadership role focused on managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families. The position aims to deliver exceptional long-term outcomes for clients, helping them to effectively utilize their wealth for future generations. The role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they achieve Trusted Partner status through reliable service and strong client connections.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 Relationship Managers serving 3,400 families with $20 billion in AUM.
  • Coach team members to achieve Trusted Partner status by delivering reliable service and strengthening client credibility.
  • Delight clients and deepen loyalty by uncovering unmet needs and aligning suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team that produces strong outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Three years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.
  • Required Series 7 and 66 licenses; Series 24 can be acquired.
  • Experience maintaining a Book of Business with High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth clientele with $5-$25 million in AUM preferred.
