About the position

The High Performance Work Team Associate 1 (3rd Shift) at B. Braun Medical Inc. is responsible for manufacturing medical products according to established procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify and address faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Occasionally act as a team leader to oversee team members and ensure targets are met.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machines and systems as needed.
• Initiate improvements on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of related experience required.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Entry level working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
