Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to production specifications and schedules.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Occasionally act as a team leader to oversee team members and ensure targets are met.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machines and systems as needed.
• Repair malfunctions of machines, systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Initiate improvements on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase efficiency.
