About the position

The High-Rise Resident Services Coordinator at Hines is responsible for delivering exceptional resident and guest services in a multifamily setting. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, local knowledge, and effective communication to enhance the living experience for residents. The Coordinator will engage with residents, manage leasing activities, and collaborate with marketing and property management teams to foster community relationships and events.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a 5-star resident and guest service experience in every interaction.
  • Perform leasing activities including tours, pricing conversations, and reviewing residential leases.
  • Conduct renewal conversations with existing residents and generate renewal leases.
  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive.
  • Greet all residents, prospective residents, guests, and visitors warmly.
  • Maintain courteous communication with owners, residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all residents and guests.
  • Provide dedicated concierge services for Penthouse Units as directed by management.
  • Keep Property and Marketing Managers informed about city-wide Concierge events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local restaurant and shop owners for resident benefits.
  • Assist in ensuring a seamless resident move-in experience.
  • Organize and execute resident and community events.
  • Maintain the property's maintenance and appearance, ensuring public areas are neat and orderly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Four or more years of experience in hospitality, property management, or service-related industry.
  • Concierge experience preferred.
  • Entrata experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pleasant phone manner.
  • Thorough knowledge of local attractions and destinations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a concierge role.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
