Responsibilities

• Tutor students 1 on 1 in study skills and executive functions.
• Assist students with homework assignments.
• Create and manage a flexible schedule for tutoring sessions.
• Conduct tutoring sessions online or in person in the Stamford/Norwalk, CT areas.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of teaching study skills and executive functions.
• Experience teaching and coaching students.
• Classroom teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in tutoring and test preparation.
• Background in education, psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for helping students succeed academically.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a teaching Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience teaching high school students is required.
