About the position

Kenton Ridge High School is looking for a dedicated and qualified High School Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 9-12. The teacher will develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and foster students' language acquisition and cultural understanding. The position requires a commitment to student success and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will also be expected to participate in school events, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively with students and parents. In this role, the teacher will be responsible for assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The teacher will also integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences and encourage student engagement. Additionally, the teacher will promote a love for the Spanish language and culture, encouraging students to explore and appreciate the richness of the Spanish-speaking world. This position is full-time and requires a valid K-12 or 7-12 Spanish teaching license.
