About the position

The High Value Account Services Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for overseeing a team of Account Service Representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching team members, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. The manager will also interface with various departments to resolve customer issues and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of Account Service Representatives responsible for day-to-day operations.
  • Coach and develop team members to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Plan and schedule departmental activities to ensure adequate staffing and workload management.
  • Review and recommend new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Interface with other departments and vendors to resolve customer service issues.
  • Implement and monitor tracking and performance mechanisms.
  • Provide reports to senior management on operations activities and performance metrics.
  • Develop and monitor business performance against goals for assigned product lines or regions.
  • Ensure risk, quality control, and customer service goals are met.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and control assigned organization and budget functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight or more years of operations and/or customer service experience.
  • Two or more years of supervisory/management experience.
